The service provided, such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, was of the highest quality. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture, added to our overall comfort. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of free toiletries provided, as well as the presence of an am/fm alarm clock and a flat-screen TV. The carpeted floor in our room added an extra touch of luxury. The dining picnic area/tables were great for enjoying packed lunches or special diet menus. The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely color scheme and curtains that let in just the right amount of light. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. We were actually surprised to find that the B&B was very quiet, great to have a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious choices. We particularly enjoyed the Baileys Irish cream with the smooth porridge and the thin rolled pancakes. The owner, Mr Walsh, was helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The attention to detail and very good service made our stay nice. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful experience in Tralee.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right in the center of town and close to many attractions. The staff was welcoming and friendly, always happy to provide information or recommendations. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and had a good selection of items to choose from.
The heating system in the room was not working properly and it was quite cold. When we informed the staff, they said they would look into it, but nothing was done and we were left to shiver all night.
